You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately at [email protected] upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach.

4. Licence and Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your internal business purposes.

You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any data, reports, or content obtained through the Platform without our prior written consent
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation

5. Wallet, Credits, and Billing

Access to certain services is governed by a prepaid credit (wallet) system. Credits are deducted per query, report, or API call in accordance with the pricing schedule applicable to your subscription plan.

All wallet top-ups and purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in a separate agreement. Unused credits do not carry over beyond the validity period specified in your plan.

We reserve the right to modify service pricing with reasonable prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Data Accuracy and Disclaimers

Data provided through the Platform is sourced from government registries, proprietary databases, and third-party data providers. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure data accuracy and currency, we do not warrant that any information, report, or output is error-free, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.

Reports generated by the Platform — including valuation reports, title searches, litigation searches, and transaction histories — are provided for informational and reference purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice, financial advice, or a certified professional opinion. You should independently verify critical information before making any financial, legal, or investment decisions.

We expressly disclaim liability for any decisions made or actions taken in reliance on Platform outputs.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its software, design, algorithms, data models, and all content generated by SY Data Intelligence, is the exclusive intellectual property of SY Data Intelligence and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Report outputs generated specifically from your queries are licensed to you for your internal use. All underlying data, algorithms, and platform infrastructure remain the property of SY Data Intelligence.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Platform may be used by us without restriction or compensation to you.

8. Confidentiality

You agree to treat all non-public information about the Platform, its data sources, algorithms, and pricing as confidential and not to disclose such information to any third party without our prior written consent.

We will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SY Data Intelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SY Data Intelligence, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our discretion, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required by law.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) shall so survive.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through good-faith negotiations within 30 days of written notice.
